A Relationship Based Parenting Program

A 6 week parenting program with a focus on your relationship with your child and how to strengthen it.

Starting on Tues. 29th May 2012 1.30pm – 3.30pm and Wed 6th June, 6.00pm – 8.00pm

Remember…

“All my child needs is for me to be good enough” This means there is room to make mistakes in parenting.

“It is never too late” As I am learning new ways of parenting, good things will happen for both me and my child.

Why should I do it?

After 50 years of research we know that the more secure children are, the more they are able to;

  • Enjoy more happiness with their parents
  • Feel less anger at their parents
  • Solve problems on their own
  • Know that most problems will have an answer
  • Have better relationships with siblings
  • Have lasting friendships
  • Have higher self-esteem
  • Trust the people they love
  • Know how to be kind to those around them
